Copper Busbars Copper Busbars are solid bars made from high-conductivity Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) Copper or Oxygen-Free High Conductivity (OFHC) Copper. These serve as conductors in switchgears and power panels. Manufactured via extrusion and drawing followed by CNC machining, our busbars meet ASTM B187 and IS 613 standards. Sizes range from 10mm x 3mm to 200mm x 20mm with lengths up to 4 meters. Surface finish includes tinned, bare, or silver-plated as per customer requirement. Typical tolerances are ±0.2 mm in width and thickness. Busbars are widely used in transformer manufacturing, switchgear, battery banks, and UPS panels.

Copper Punched and Pressed Busbars for Switchgears These busbars are CNC punched and pressed to exact geometries required for power distribution assemblies. Hole sizes and patterns are fully customizable. Bending and shaping are done using hydraulic and CNC press brakes with ±1-degree angular tolerance. We use 63-ton hydraulic punching machines and VMCs for high precision. These parts are critical in MCB panels, ACB/MCCB assemblies, load break switches, and control panels. Surface finish is deburred and optionally coated with anti-oxidation compound. Packaging includes layered paper, PE wrap, and wood crates.

Copper Connectors for Switchgears Copper Connectors are formed, punched, and bent pieces of Copper designed to connect different power-carrying devices inside a switchgear or distribution board. These are manufactured from ETP grade Copper (C11000) or OFHC Copper (C10200) with conductivity >99.9%. Typical connector shapes include Z, L, and U-type bends with multiple hole patterns. These are highly flexible in design and allow direct termination to busbars, terminals, or circuit breakers. Our connectors are manufactured per drawings with tight tolerances (±0.1 mm thickness, ±1° angle). Each part undergoes visual inspection and conductivity testing.
